The HR campaign for Hodel Elektro, based in a small village in the Swiss canton of Graubünden (Landquart), was developed to address the growing shortage of skilled workers in the electrical trade through a clear and distinctive employer positioning. The project focused on how a traditional craft business can communicate in an emotionally relevant and contemporary way to young talents and qualified professionals. The campaign combines a reduced visual language with authentic messages from everyday working life, placing purpose, team spirit and long-term development opportunities at its core.

In the competition for skilled professionals, Hodel Elektro does not rely on volume, but on a clearly defined employer brand. "Strom ja, Stress nein." ("Power yes, stress no.") articulates a stance that places real working conditions, regional belonging and long-term prospects at the centre. The reduced design and deliberately concise messages create a precise profile across all touchpoints. This brand work gains relevance because it does not promise attention, but grounds it in an honest and disciplined positioning.
