Interzoo is the world's leading trade fair for pet supplies — with over 2,300+ exhibitors from 68 countries. In 2024, about 37,000 trade visitors visited the fair in Nuremberg. The task: to modernise this traditional brand in a contemporary, emotional and international way — clearly distinguishing it from its competitors. The new look combines vibrant colours on dark green and animal silhouettes in a spray-painted look. The modular design of the key visual "dog-bird-fish" can be used flexibly and is expanded to include segments such as small animals. This positions Interzoo as an innovative, dynamic and global industry meeting place.
The Jury‘s Statement
Renewing a leading international trade fair with long established recognition, without giving up its defining sign, requires strategic brand discipline. The redesign of Interzoo preserves the characteristic basic form and develops it precisely for digital, international applications. Colour palette, typography and the modular visual system create a clearly directed presence across the trade fair, platforms and sub brands. This relaunch gains its substance by not preserving heritage as is, but transferring it into a flexible corporate brand system.
