For several years, the bardusch brand lacked a clear strategic brand management approach. As the company expanded nationally and internationally and competitive pressure increased, the brand presence gradually lost modernity and consistency. The project aimed to strategically evolve the brand following the principle of evolution rather than revolution: creating a consistent, contemporary brand presence while preserving identity, heritage and recognition. Central to the project was sharpening the brand core with a strong focus on people and service, and actively involving employees as key drivers of sustainable brand management.
The Jury‘s Statement
With the rebranding of bardusch, a brand presence that had long lacked coherence was carefully reorganised without sacrificing its heritage or recognisability. The sharpened brand core places people and service at the centre and gives the brand a clear role within a competitive market. In design terms, a modular system of label motif, typography, colour palette and authentic imagery carries this direction across analogue and digital applications. The result is a corporate brand that preserves its history while being anchored in the day-to-day work of its employees.
