go.Rheinland's "We're on it." campaign is an unusually open and bold 360° image campaign for public transport in a highly competitive market environment. Instead of covering up problems, the campaign makes responsibility, transparency, and concrete work visible – across out-of-home, digital, and owned/social media. This makes brand management credible, relevant, and regionally effective.

In a market in which public transport is associated primarily with disruption and criticism, go.Rheinland chooses an intelligent alternative. The image campaign "Wir sind dran." ("We're on it.") does not gloss over the situation, but anchors the brand through attitude, transparency and visible responsibility. In design terms, real people, clear messages and a disciplined cross-channel implementation carry this approach through to public space. Relevance emerges here not despite the problems, but through dealing with them openly.
