BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme is Berlin’s new public company for heat supply. Founded in 2024 through the remunicipalisation of district heating, it actively drives the climate-friendly transformation of the city’s heat supply and develops sustainable energy solutions. With a clear vision and a strong commitment to sustainability, a unique and modern identity was created in a short period of time. The brand strategy and corporate design were developed by OFF LABEL, highlighting this transformation and positioning BEW as an innovative force in the energy transition as well as making it visible in Berlin.

The Berliner Energie und Wärme (Berlin Energy and Heat) establishes a distinctive brand identity that unites transformation and responsibility with a clear vision and a commitment to sustainability. Within a very short time, a charismatic corporate brand was developed, making the transformation of heat supply both visually and communicatively tangible. With a well-thought-out design system that harmoniously combines stability and dynamism, the brand positions itself as a driving force in the energy transition, setting a powerful statement for Berlin's future.
