With its new brand identity, Badenova brings its transformation to life: from a traditional energy provider to an active shaper of the energy and heat transition in the region. The vision statement, “Shaping the energy and heat transition for a liveable future. With the region, for the region.”, forms the foundation for a brand that makes its values, innovative spirit, and sense of responsibility visible. The confident, dynamic “B” symbolizes movement and transformation. Accessible design and a striking colour palette combine reliability with progress, creating a distinctive brand experience.
The Jury‘s Statement
Badenova’s previous identity no longer reflected its transformation adequately. The rebrand addresses this gap with a clear repositioning, a consolidated umbrella brand architecture, and a visual identity that makes movement, responsibility and regional connection visible. The Dynamic B gives the transformation a distinctive sign, while accessible design strengthens usability across all touchpoints. The approach gains particular relevance through its combination of structural simplification, digital orientation and internal activation.
