For over ten years, "Sternstunden" has defined holistic brand communication for the Kunzmann Group — deliberately forgoing manufacturer-supplied content templates. As one of Germany's most renowned automotive dealers, Kunzmann relies on authentic stories. Employees share what drives them. Customers reveal passions far beyond the car: from aerobatics and extreme sports to summiting Everest. Editorially and visually excellent, the magazine forms the core — extended across web, video, social media and POS. In 2025, the company's 90th anniversary celebrates the concept's peak: a 90-page tribute with a slipcase of curated past editions.

In an environment strongly shaped by manufacturer communication, Kunzmann uses "Sternstunden" ("Special Moments") to pursue editorial independence rather than relying on pre-produced content. People take centre stage: employees and customers share personal stories beyond the car – stories you won’t find anywhere else. Excellent storytelling, presented with high-quality production values, refreshingly different – yet still completely relatable to car enthusiasts. The communication aligns perfectly with the brand strategy: it embodies the positioning of both Kunzmann and the Mercedes brand – and highlights the product range in a particularly elegant way.
