In order to convince as an employer in the long term, we needed a strong, authentic and tangible employer brand that conveys the values of our traditional and innovative family business. Together with Personalwerk GmbH, we addressed the challenges and launched a forward-looking campaign, "KÖTTER UNITED", with the aim of recruiting suitable employees for our team and retaining existing employees.
