“Wir Lauensteiner” is the new employer brand of Confiserie Burg Lauenstein – developed together with the people who live it every day. Based on the values heartfelt, proud, passionate, the brand establishes a distinctive positioning that puts togetherness at its core. It became visible through an emotional launch campaign, a large employee event and strong visual storytelling that authentically reflects the culture and spirit of the company.
The Jury‘s Statement
In the competition for skilled workers, what Confiserie Burg Lauenstein chiefly lacked was a clearly defined image as an employer. "Wir Lauensteiner" ("We Are Lauenstein") addresses this task with a positioning developed from within the workforce that does not merely claim culture, but makes it visible internally and externally through real people, concise values and a coherent launch. By bringing identification, recruiting and onboarding together under one brand idea, the employer brand is anchored in everyday working life rather than confined to individual measures.
