VGH Insurance seeks and employs people in a wide variety of fields. In order to maintain a consistent image in its recruiting efforts, it has come up with a slogan that can be used for everyone without sounding generic: “You matter here.” The slogan expresses appreciation and at the same time signals that individual contributions are expressly desired and make a difference. Under this slogan, a cross-media recruiting campaign was implemented that is used at all HR touchpoints.
The Jury‘s Statement
In the competition for skilled workers, VGH needed an employer message that could unite many job profiles under one shared idea without seeming interchangeable. With "Hier zählst du" ("You count here"), this is achieved in clear, approachable language and through a visual world that places people rather than insurance clichés at the centre. What matters is the consistent application across the careers site, job ads, social media, film, fairs and onboarding. In this way, a concise motto becomes a well-founded presence across all relevant candidate touchpoints.
