The goal: Strengthen the employer brand internally and externally, increase identification, and boost applications. The strategy: an employer value proposition with a focus on stability, dynamics, and relevance; employees as ambassadors; and content for a wide range of target groups and channels. The result: applications more than tripled, career page views doubled and by now over 800 volunteer ambassadors.
