Details
University Hospital Regensburg is one of Bavaria’s excellent hospitals. Its ambition is to lead in medicine, while remaining face to face with the patients. The challenge is to attract professionals across diverse fields who match the UKR’s brand identity and brand personality. Through a brand identity process, key potentials and opportunities were defined to inspire future employees with the right creative and communication strategy. The launch was very successful and will be expanded to additional professional groups in 2026.
The Jury‘s Statement
In the competition for skilled professionals, reach alone is not enough; what is needed is an employer profile that resonates internally and differentiates externally. For University Hospital Regensburg, Sery Brand Communications developed "#teamukr", an employer brand articulated from within the organisation itself. The participatory process involving different professional groups gives the campaign a well-founded basis, while the media implementation anchors it visibly across internal and external touchpoints. This creates communication that aligns with the organisation’s cultural identity and reaches suitable applicants more precisely.
