SCHUFA Employer Branding

Everyone in Germany knows SCHUFA, but very few can imagine working there. The goal of the campaign is to challenge the expectations of an outdated authority with boring jobs and position the SCHUFA as an attractive and innovative employer brand, thereby contributing to employee recruitment and retention. To achieve this, we launched a social media campaign featuring interviews where employees authentically shared their experiences of working at SCHUFA. The campaign was further supported by a relaunch of the career page and increased presence at job fairs and events.
