Since 2024, VHH has been called vhh.mobility and has a modern and innovative new look. The focus is on colourfulness and friendliness. A total of eight new colours show that Germany's third-largest municipal bus operator is not only diverse within the company. It now also presents itself to the outside world in a colourful and eye-catching way, making it unmistakable to passengers and attracting attention as an employer. The new brand name also shows that vhh.mobility is a bus company that stands for diversity in mobility.
The Jury‘s Statement
By renaming itself vhh.mobility, the brand addresses a clear perception problem: it moves beyond the narrow reading of being a bus company and claims mobility as a broader brand promise. The new name defines this repositioning precisely, while the colourful visual identity makes diversity visible in everyday use and creates strong distinction for passengers and applicants alike. The interplay of naming and design results in an identity that brings together openness, reliability and a sense of future in a plausible way.
