Ten engineering firms. Ten names. Ten cultures. But no common voice. When the Horizon Fund of Goldman Sachs came on board in 2024, a vision emerged: to transform many small entities into one group that would stand as a major player in the market. The challenge: diverse brand identities, scepticism among the subsidiaries, and a lack of recognition. At the same time, there was the ambition to make the investor’s vision visible and to build trust – both internally and externally.

Shaping a shared corporate brand from many engineering firms with their own histories requires more than a new visual identity. For CBE DIGIDEN, "TREYSTA – Engineering with a Y" develops an identity that does not impose integration, but builds it plausibly through name, verbal tone and a visual system. The design creates a clear shared profile across the previously separate units without denying their professional origins. Its substance becomes evident in the way it provides internal orientation and reads in the market as a coherent actor.
