RYZE Digital developed the first standalone Responsibility Report for CWS Workwear, transforming responsibility into a strategic narrative. Complex ESG data was translated into a coherent, international storytelling approach. Published in 6 languages, the report connects sustainability & responsibility with more than 125 years of company history. Guiding theme is “New thinking. Since the beginning.”, change is presented as a core element of the brand’s DNA. Editorial content, insights into the modernization of the company’s oldest laundry, as well as video and social formats create relevance, credibility, and orientation for key stakeholders.

Where ESG reports often stop at documentation, CWS Workwear anchors responsibility in brand management. RYZE Digital developed a standalone report that editorially structures complex content and translates it into a shared narrative across countries. The guiding principle “Neu gedacht. Schon immer.” (“Rethought. Always has been.”) links company history, change and attitude within a well-founded communication logic. Editorial content as well as accompanying video and Social Media formats connect the topic to different stakeholders and give the brand clear orientation.
