Within Tchibo’s multichannel model, the app had long been more a point of access than a connecting element. The relaunch reorganises this accumulated complexity and turns mobile use cases into a clearly guided brand experience. Themed worlds, loyalty and services follow a navigation logic that remains legible across channels, while the design system ensures recognisability and accessibility. What defines the project is the link between brand-specific staging and functional clarity, strengthening use, orientation and brand loyalty at the same time.
