Challenge: An exclusive new building (Charlottenbogen) needed buyers who thought sustainably and wanted to live individually. Traditional advertising failed. Idea: We focused on the most sustainable way to sell. A show flat was furnished entirely in vintage style. This demonstrated aesthetically how resource-efficient living works. Implementation: The Pinterest campaign ‘How retro charm conserves resources’ used product pins to lead interested parties directly to the construction project. Success: Demand increased significantly. We reached the desired target group through authenticity and thematic relevance on the right channel.
