Through intelligent conversational design, a strong visual identity, and responsibly applied technology, Albi makes skilled trades tangible, builds self-confidence, and opens up new perspectives. Career guidance in the skilled trades often fails not because information is missing, but because of the way it is addressed. think moto develops "Albi" into a digital brand character that reaches young people in the right tone and frames guidance as dialogue. Conversational design, visual identity and restrained use of technology are closely aligned and give the system a clear stance. This creates an AI-supported brand experience in which closeness is not simulated, but credibly realised through language, design and context of use.
