PROUT AT WORK is the leading organisation for queer equality in the workplace. advyze® developed a new corporate design for the foundation that reflects its attitude: clear, inclusive, professional and courageous. The branding combines a precise logo, a diverse colour system, accessible typography and modular design elements. It strengthens visibility, empowerment and recognisability – especially in programmes such as PROUT PERFORMERS – and brings diversity to life.

Where consultancy, advocacy and community work come together under one brand, a visual identity is needed that carries a clear stance across many touchpoints. With "Prout at Work", advyze gives PROUT AT WORK a visual identity that does not merely illustrate inclusion but translates it into a system: through a clear logo, accessible typography and a modular colour system. This keeps the brand applicable across programmes, digital formats and public appearances, and present as a reliable point of orientation in the workplace context.
