BÄR is the pioneer of toe freedom. For 44 years, we have been developing anatomically shaped shoes with 100% toe freedom - guided by the principle: “The shape must follow the foot.” As early as 1982, BÄR set a new standard - long before barefoot shoes became a trend. The BÄR range consistently follows one guiding idea: walking with a barefoot-like feeling - combining protection, comfort and style. Handcrafted in our own manufacturing facility, BÄR stands for quality and durability. 100% toe freedom gives the foot room and has a positive effect on the whole body: stronger foot muscles, better posture, improved balance and renewed energy.
