SYNERGIE – Brand repositioning for one of Germany’s leading HR specialists. For over 45 years, SYNERGIE has connected people and companies. Our goal: future-proof the brand and reinforce its role as a strong, human partner. Key deliverables: an intensive brand workshop with the entire team, development of the new claim “ERFOLG ENTSTEHT IM WIR” (meaning “TOGETHER WE CREATE SUCCESS”), and a full Corporate Design refresh. The new identity is being rolled out across all channels – for authentic, consistent communication that positions SYNERGIE as a modern HR expert with heart and competence.
