“I am Mewa.” puts the pride of our employees at the centre. Real people from all areas share why Mewa aligns with their values – authentic, personal, and approachable. With powerful messages and real names, we show the employer face of Mewa: the people who shape our identity. Visible across Germany via (digital) OOH, social media, and banner ads. Our internal rollout “We are Mewa”, supported by physical lettering at all 53 locations, strengthens connection across Europe: individual voices merge into a shared statement of identification, unity, and tangible brand energy.

The Jury‘s Statement

As a B2B brand, Mewa first has to establish visibility as an employer. "Ich bin Mewa" ("I am Mewa") addresses this task with a clear shift in perspective: the focus is not on vacancies or promises, but on employees who speak for the brand with their names and their convictions. The external presence and the internal rollout follow the same idea, creating a shared self image across locations and professional groups. This gives the employer brand presence, identification and well-founded proximity.
