“Power to the People” is ENTEGA’s employer branding campaign in the competition for talents. As a regional energy supplier, ENTEGA combines reliability with a visible commitment to climate protection. Using the look of protest posters, the campaign translates this stance into a scalable creative system – for professionals seeking impact through conviction, for trainees eager to shape climate protection, and for blue-collar employees actively driving the energy transition. Rolled out across OOH and digital touchpoints, it achieved measurable impact: +76% in applications compared to the previous year and an all-time high in application quality.

The Jury‘s Statement

In the competition for skilled professionals, ENTEGA developed its employer brand closely from its own corporate purpose rather than relying on interchangeable recruiting imagery. "Power to the People" combines reliability, a sense of team and climate responsibility into a clear stance and differentiates it for various professional groups. The protest poster look creates strong visibility across analogue and digital touchpoints without departing from the parent brand. Relevance emerges here because positioning, design and rollout carry the same invitation to participate.
