In 2025, RECKLI launched the new design collection FORM FOLLOWS FABRICATION, featuring five new formliner designs for architectural concrete surfaces. The launch was executed as part of a 360° campaign: alongside digital communication formats, a printed lookbook was released, offering deeper insights into the brand and the company. The collection’s core idea – the interplay between craftsmanship and modern fabrication technology – was consistently translated into a coherent brand experience, first presented at BAU 2025 through the exhibition stand concept and reflected in the look and feel of the new website, which went live in March 2026.

The Jury‘s Statement

Concrete surfaces are often read as technical or purely functional. RECKLI takes a different approach here, using the collection "FORM FOLLOWS FABRICATION" as a brand-defining narrative about origin, fabrication and design. What stands out is the consistent transfer of this idea into material, visual language and space: from the lookbook and digital formats to the trade fair presence and the new website. The fact that references to manual making and digital production carry the same expression across all touchpoints anchors the brand clearly in the tension between design, surface and fabrication.
