The Japanese whisky brand Hibiki, part of the globally renowned House of Suntory, celebrates its first brand campaign in Germany with the new brand film “A Masterpiece of Japanese Harmony.” The film is a global milestone for Hibiki and poetically tells a story of craftsmanship, nature, and balance. The original music was composed by Berlin-based cellist and composer Anne Müller. Her music translates Hibiki’s philosophy of harmony between tradition and innovation into sound. The film was released in 2025 and marks the launch of a high-reach media campaign.

With Hibiki’s first brand appearance in Germany, Beam Suntory does not rely on provenance storytelling alone, but on a precisely directed brand staging. The film "A Masterpiece of Japanese Harmony" condenses attitude, cultural context and aesthetic ambition into a clear overall image. Visual language and specially composed music carry the same idea of balance and give the campaign a consistent identity across national borders. The fact that this guiding idea also forms the basis of a broadly rolled-out media presence turns the appearance into an efficient brand investment.
