The Bard Prison Initiative (BPI) provides a full-time college education to incarcerated people in seven New York State prisons. For their Annual Report, its theme "The Future is Now" is expressed through a series of forward-leaning container blocks to illustrate the impact of their work. We established a system "By the Numbers" for displaying data to provide narrative to the data through radiating pulses to visually demonstrate the impact that education has on their students and their community.
