HEEET wins Best of Best for brand identity with team spirit

Two traditional craft businesses have merged to form a bold new brand: HEEET. For decades, Bäcker Haustechnik and Willi Gräf had been established players in heating, sanitary and air-conditioning technology. Yet, like many medium-sized companies, they faced central challenges: a shortage of skilled workers, generational transition, and the need to strengthen their appeal as an employer. Out of a successful collaboration emerged a forward-looking fusion – and a brand ready for the future.

The jury of the German Brand Awards agreed: with HEEET, a brand has emerged that goes far beyond a simple rebranding. Rooted in organically grown cohesion and shared core values, the new name, visual identity and corporate culture stand as a model for the future of an entire industry.
