Before the merger, the companies Bäcker Haustechnik and Willi Gräf were established craft-providers in the field of heating, plumbing and air conditioning technology, each with around 35 employees. Both companies were faced with the challenge of overcoming the shortage of skilled workers and actively shaping the generational change. The close cooperation in the past gave rise to the idea of ​​joining forces and founding a new company. The aim was to create synergies, optimize processes and grow together on the market. A new brand for two teams as a common new identity.

With the brand "HEEET," the fusion of two craft businesses has been translated into an impressively clear and identity-shaping brand strategy. The consistent involvement of employees in the development process not only strengthened identification with the new brand but also created a corporate culture characterized by team spirit and commitment. Particularly noteworthy is the concise naming, which encapsulates core values such as dedication and teamwork. Thoughtful visual design and a consistent brand experience – from workshops to branded clothing and regional campaigns – underscore the professional execution. This project sets a benchmark for sustainable branding in craftsmanship and demonstrates how strategic communication and design can jointly create a future-oriented foundation.
