Everyone knows SCHUFA, but only few understand what it is about. To educate young people at the start of their financial journey, we need a communication strategy that truly resonates with the target audience. To achieve this, we need to increase reach and frequency: We launch our social media series "SCHUFA Office", a social media series. In 20 episodes, 9 creators will humorously explain the function, products, and benefits of SCHUFA. The protagonists, who couldn’t be more different from each other, will boost the entertainment factor. A continuous storyline and special guests ensure reach and create surprise moments.
