Stepping into a Telekom shop is like taking a leap into the digital future. The new AI-powered painting module is a magnet for children and families in 150 Telekom shops across Germany. Children get creative at the point of sale and playfully explore the possibilities of AI: while they paint on the touchscreen on the left, an AI interpretation of their picture appears on the right. With its fun and experimental approach, the module fosters creativity and an interest in technology – and gives parents time to get advice in peace. Once the children have finished their picture, both versions can be easily downloaded via QR code and taken home.

The Jury‘s Statement

In the Telekom shop, parents’ need for advice and children’s impatience often collide directly. Adam & Eve Berlin addresses this familiar situation with an interactive module that does more than simply occupy children; it charges the experience in a way that fits the brand: children draw on a touchscreen and immediately see an AI interpretation of their picture. The application is accessible, playful and cleanly integrated into the visit at the POS. Its relevance comes from bringing together curiosity about technology, service for families and the brand experience within one concrete moment of use.
