Everyone knows SCHUFA, but only few understand what it is about. To educate young people at the start of their financial journey, we need a communication strategy that truly resonates with the target audience. To achieve this, we need to increase reach and frequency: We launch our social media series "SCHUFA Office", a social media series. In 20 episodes, 9 creators will humorously explain the function, products, and benefits of SCHUFA. The protagonists, who couldn’t be more different from each other, will boost the entertainment factor. A continuous storyline and special guests ensure reach and create surprise moments.

SCHUFA, known as a credit reference agency, employs a bold strategy with its project to engage younger audiences on TikTok and Instagram. Through the humorous series format "SCHUFA Office", it successfully makes complex and often perceived as dry topics both accessible and entertaining. The creative collaboration with various influencers and the consistent development of an ongoing storyline strike an impressive balance between entertainment and knowledge sharing. This is complemented by a clearly structured landing page, offering additional information and direct access to relevant products. This project stands out for its strategic foresight, stylish execution and ability to foster a lasting connection between the brand and its audience.
