With an AI-based image film, we got Versicherungskammer Bayern's sales team emotionally ready for the 2026 financial year. Tailored to the keynote speech by the CEO, spectacular space images were created that would not have been possible without GenAI. The result: a palpable spirit of optimism and enthusiastic feedback from the audience. The film sparked strong emotions at the annual kick-off meeting. Internally, the film is considered best practice for AI-supported production. At the same time, specific areas for learning and limitations of GenAI in the filmmaking process were identified.
The Jury‘s Statement
For Bayerische Landesbrandversicherung, the task was not simply to create another kick off film, but to find a way of tying internal brand communication more closely to leadership, strategy and the mood surrounding a new financial year. "How dreams come true" ("Wie Träume wahr werden") answers this with a clearly guided cinematic narrative developed from the keynote and with GenAI used deliberately as a creative tool. The space metaphor creates a distinctive visual setting for shared direction and a sense of departure. The film gains its relevance from this close integration of occasion, content and staging.
