We developed "Stars of Sales" for MediaMarkt Europe. It's an online game for sales staff on their cell phones. Just like in a game, stores and their employees play against each other in leagues sponsored by MediaMarkt brand partners. They collect coins by closing sales and engaging with educational content such as videos, posts or taking quizzes. For Microsoft, we started the first international match in the history of MediaMarkt: Germany vs. Austria. We played with the linguistic contradictions between the two countries and incorporated the strongest sales arguments for Microsoft 365 into our content.

MediaMarkt, a leading retail brand in Europe, has created “Stars of Sales,” a digital platform that seamlessly combines brand communication and employee motivation. By incorporating gamified elements such as leagues, quizzes, and interactive content, the platform effectively drives engagement among sales staff. The integration of country-specific content, as seen in the match between Germany and Austria, demonstrates how cultural differences can be woven into a compelling brand strategy. This project impresses with its strategic clarity, creative execution, and powerful combination of digital communication and brand values.
