The energy transition requires skilled professionals. Our task was to inspire young people to pursue careers in solar trades like electricians, roofers, and HVAC specialists. A target group analysis revealed that stability and meaningfulness are key motivators. Based on this, we created a 360° campaign featuring testimonials from trainees sharing their experiences. Using formats on TikTok and Instagram, complemented by OOH placements in urban hotspots, the campaign effectively engaged the audience. It led to increased website visits, high CTRs, and greater awareness of careers in solar trades.
