We developed a comprehensive and extensive recruiting campaign for Marché Int. The aim was to stand out visually and communicatively from the usual recruiting offers and to appeal to temporary staff and specialists for kitchen, bar and service in the company's various gastronomy concepts. We placed particular emphasis on the topic of employee appreciation – combined with an emotional, authentic visual world, real employees and a headline concept that communicates appreciation and job profile at the same time.
