arendicom creates and operates brand online shops, whilst connecting to area partners such as retailers to avoid intra-brand competition. Customers order in the branded onlineshop and the local retailer that is geographically closest to the customer delivers. Alternatively the customer can collect on site (“click & collect”). Brand/retailers have fewer costs, because arendicom covers the complete service and payment processing. The retailer only delivers the wares.
