YCON is the development of a new, urban kitchen retail brand for the next generation, with a new, fresh, and sustainable concept. With a seamless and holistic brand experience, both digitally and at the point of sale, we meet the needs of a target group that is not catered for by traditional kitchen retailers. With locations in urban areas and shopping centres, and flexible delivery and installation models, we ensure that everyone has the opportunity to bring only the best quality kitchens into their own homes.
The Jury‘s Statement
Traditional specialist kitchen retail reaches many urban target groups only to a limited extent. MHK addresses this gap with "YCON Küchenplanungsstudio" ("YCON Kitchen Planning Studio") as an independent retail brand that brings planning, consultation and purchase into a contemporary brand experience. The combination of digital access, a clearly designed point of sale and flexible delivery and installation models responds to changing living and everyday realities. The project gains relevance because brand management lowers barriers here without diluting its quality standards.
