With the “Zeit für Großes” campaign, Builtech is setting new standards in employer branding and presenting itself as an innovative employer. Our largest campaign authentically shows our own employees in a smart channel mix. The aim is to focus on the relevance of the skilled trades, inspire young talent and position Builtech as an attractive employer brand. The campaign presents strong messages, shows employees' pride in their professions, as well as the diversity and prospects in the skilled trades. In this way, we strengthen the perception of the skilled trades and create a lasting connection with the target group.
