Doerner – Sales distribution for advanced electrical engineering and building technology - we have stood for strong partnerships for 75 years and represent well-known manufacturers in Bavaria, Saxony and Thuringia. In order to remain fit for the future, Doerner carried out a comprehensive employer brand development in 2024. A key objective was to position Doerner as a strong and attractive employer in the region. The new brand identity is called “Ready for it?” and focuses on team spirit and joint development - with the aim of strengthening existing employees as well as attracting new talents to Doerner.

The Jury‘s Statement

Doerner, a distributor for modern electrical and building technology, has impressively demonstrated how a family-run business can authentically communicate its values and culture with its new employer brand, “Ready for it?” The employee-centered approach, focused emphasis on reliability, passion, and a familial togetherness, alongside the consistent use of digital channels, create a brand presence that is both engaging and sustainable. This project sets new standards in aligning internal identification with external appeal.
