We set standards in trainee recruitment! In view of the shortage of skilled workers, we have developed a new employer branding strategy that inspires young talent. The joint work of trainees, trainers, HR, marketing and a design agency resulted in a creative training brand. Instead of classic B2B communication, we focus on emotions and clear messages. The iconic train announcement “Please do not board” becomes an invitation to start the journey to a successful future with us. With a striking design and a well thought-out cross-channel strategy, we reach trainees and their environment - in an innovative, modern and targeted way!
