Together. Strong. | The world has changed since the last employee event in 2018. The COVID-19 pandemic prevented the continuation of the bank-wide event tradition for a long time, but also accelerated the digitalisation of processes. A new world of work emerged, between mobile offices and virtual meetings, in which the personal touch was often missed out. It was time for old and new colleagues to meet in person again and exchange ideas across individual locations, teams and departments.
