The goal was to create a compelling EVP that resonates globally while allowing for regional adaptations, attracting a diverse talent pool. Extensive research led to three key themes: "An impact you can feel and be proud of," "Potential without limits," and "Supported, seen, and heard." The brand promise, "Be Part of Something Special," highlights the unique opportunities at Evonik. The new branding was launched globally through internal events and an explainer film.
