Over 90 content owners played a key role in the collaborative change approach, responsible for migration and timely project completion.

The global intranet "Connect 2.0" by GEA, a machinery and equipment manufacturer, sets new standards in internal collaboration. With a well-thought-out strategy incorporating technical advancements such as AI-powered translations and mobile access, it not only enhances user-friendliness but also successfully reaches previously hard-to-engage target groups. The cooperative project approach is particularly noteworthy: more than 90 content managers were actively involved and empowered to ensure a seamless transition.
