Description

The Hamburger Kunsthalle has been undergoing extensive refurbishment and modernisation from summer 2014 until spring of 2016. Although two thirds of the premises have been closed for this, the museum remains open. The campaign and the “WE’RE OPEN” tagline communicate this. In combination with the temporary image with an arrow and an in-house dot font, this tagline also indicates information on a content-related level: the museum wants to be more open to new ideas in the future.
