WhatsHOGA

Description

Since October 2017 DEHOGA Berlin has been on WhatsApp for members and non-members of the union. The goal is to be reachable for hoteliers and restaurant-owners on a modern and easy-to-use app, in case they have an immediate question concerning their business. The project name “WhatsHOGA” was created due to its relation to the messenger platform WhatsApp and combined with the question “What is HOGA?”, (short for ’Hotellerie und Gaststätten’ in German), to newly address a younger and more digitalized generation.
