We don’t want to complain... almost every agency has to struggle with the same problems, especially in the recruiting field: »Developer, Developer, Developer«. As part of our happy@webmen campaign, we considered the following issues: What can we actually do better than the others? What makes us attractive as an employer? And our answer: US! Because in all honesty everyone can offer a fruit basket and a coffee flat. And so this is how an idea became a comprehensive cross-media campaign.
