Berlin is notorious for its underground clubs, which are difficult to get into. What is childsplay, however, is getting home with Jelbi! Jelbi is BVG’s new mobility app, in which you can compare and book taxis, sharing cars, bikes, scooters and e-scooters and public transportation. The problem? Nobody knows this. So we used the latest technology including AR posters, dynamic audio and facelenses, on YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Spotify and Facebook, so that in the end, everybody knows about Jelbi!

Statement of the jury

Using Jelbi, the new mobility app from BVG, it is possible to compare and book not only public transport but also taxis, sharing cars, bicycles, scooters and e-scooters. In order to make this service better known, a comprehensive campaign was launched, which focused primarily on the digital channels and reached the target group with the help of creative ideas and a large pinch of humour. An interesting brand offering an attractive service, which was presented outstandingly in the digital world.
