Accenture Lift Off! Unplugged @ Zermatt
Accenture offers innovation as a service, which is why 50 participants were guided through a real-life business case during the two days Lift Off! Unplugged. On their journey from Zurich to Zermatt, up the Matterhorn and back, they experienced the entire Design Thinking Lifecycle. But that wasn’t all: The Zermatt Unplugged music festival, surrounded by a breathtaking alpine panorama, also invited the candidates to network in a completely new way.

With its customised out-of-home recruiting campaign, Accenture has succeeded in attracting the attention of young talents who are rather difficult to convince due to incessant media saturation. With Lift Off! Unplugged, a perfect, practically oriented identification platform was created far from daily life, which focuses on the individual concept of life, the search for meaning and the personal impact. A strong employer branding campaign, which presented an extraordinary and inspiring experience for the target group of graduates and young professionals and had a particularly lasting effect.
