By redesigning the Frankfurt Airport VIP-Services brand and strategically repositioning it in the market, we have taken our exclusive offering to the next level by imbuing it with genuine luxury status. The goal of the relaunch was to communicate an aura of exclusivity, discretion, and all-round personal service to our guests. This is expressed, among other things, by our intricate logo symbolizing the three travel modes that can bring them to us: departure, arrival and transfer.

With the strategic repositioning and redesign of the brand and its presentation, a comprehensive brand experience was achieved that is noticeable to the last detail – from sophisticated corporate design, with its delicate logo, to exclusive, personal support – unmistakably embodying the three service pillars of »exclusive«, »discrete« and »personal« across all touchpoints.
